Default 2004 Accord speedometer problem

Hi. I got a 2004 Accord with 2.0l manual. It's been awesome car so far, but there's a problem with one thing: the speedometer.

When I'm driving it, in the city or highway, the speedometer needle suddenly starts wiggling between the speed I'm driving and 0. After a while it stops to 0, and after another while it starts working normally. After that, usually the obd gives me code P0720, if i remember correctly.
Also, when it goes to the 0 or wiggles there, i feel like the engine bugs too, loses some power.

I started studying and I'm kind of saving so i figured I'd ask here firs before buying anything.

So, where should i start?

P0720 is an issue with the output shaft speed sensor circuit.

On U.S. models, this is a description of the speedometer:

Speedometer
The speedometer is controlled by the power supply
circuit/controller area network controller built-into
the gauge control module. The power supply
circuit/controller area network controller receives
vehicle speed information from the ECM/PCM
through the fast controller area network transceiver
via the MICU system. The ECM/PCM receives
vehicle speed information from sensors within the
manual or automatic transmission.

The output shaft speed sensor is commonly used for the speedometer. Part no. 9 is the output shaft speed sensor in the following parts diagram. First take a look and check the connector and wiring.

Thank you, huge help with the part diagram and everything. I'll try to chance the sensor first👍
