Default 2004 Accord heater/AC issue

I've just picked up a 2004 Accord V6 6MT (EX) 180K km (110K miles). There's a pronounced antifreeze smell in the car; after start, it fogs the bottom of the front and the side window (admittedly, the weather is rainy). Anyhow, I suspect that either there's a hole in the heater core, or a joint or pipe developed a leak. Question: does it worth trying to put some kind of leak-stop goo into the coolant, or does it have to be taken apart and checked by some professional?

Another question: after stopping, the right exhaust was 'smoking', i.e. either vapour or smoke was coming out of it for approx. 2 minutes. Not from the left one. What does this mean?

Thanks in advance!

Another issue:

When letting the clutch in at low speed (i.e. gearing back into 2nd) while putzing around (for example in a parking lot), there's a chirping sound coming out -- seemingly right behind form the dial cluster. The noise isn't there when accelerating, neither at even (high) speed ... just at low speed, when manipulating the clutch.

This gonna drive me crazy ...
