Wow, dude. Punctuation may more helpful here! Whew!
When you swapped out the ECU, did you have the battery disconnected? Pulling an ECU with the battery connected can do very bad things to ECUs. They are energized by the battery, when the car is off.
If you moved the whole wiring harness, then hopefully you moved all the sensors for the brake and clutch pedals. The ECU takes signals from all of those sensors.

you need to reprogram the ecu for the imobilizer to recognize the key and the pcm. I bet you the little green key on the guage cluster is flashing when you try and start it. Also the auto ecu will be fine. You can also use the auto trans harness. You just need the speed sensor pluged in and the car should run after you reprogram the keys and imobilizer.

old thread, but I am having start problem... I have a manual ECU, removed the immobilizer chip, which is supposed to work.. the key light wasn't flashing when I first changed ECU.. it is now.. any ideas? I jumped the safety switches in old AT shifter... all continuity checks seem good, no start power to solenoid..
