2003 Honda accord metallic scraping

I own a 03 Honda accord ex v-6 and for the past couple of months I've had a metal on metal scraping noise. I originally thought it was the dust shield being bent and scraping.
After opening the hood and listening it is definitely not the case. The scraping noise seems to be coming from somewhere in or around the engine. It only occurs while accelerating and happens in drive, neutral, park, reverse and every which way.
I really have no idea what to think of it and I can't pinpoint the noise to anything specific. Any advice would be appreciated.

If I were to guess, one of the tensioner pulley bearings are going bad. I would get it checked out soon. If it is a pulley bearing, you will be left on the side of the road.

I had this happen to my old 2006 Civic Si.
