my wife acccord has a couple of issues.
1. intermediate issue; while driving car may miss, stutter or when the gas peddle is pressed no power or acceleration. But if you restart car it runs ok...

2. while fueling the vehicle, the pump cut off like the tank is full????

any help??

I wish I had this car to work on. I'm guessing it's leaning towards EVAP system. Take it to shop

^^^ This guy is pointing you in the right direction. I also read somewhere that it can be caused by a bad gas cap. (Not sure if this is true) Might want to inspect it seeing as a gas cap not on properly can cause a code, but doesn't explain the other problems.

You have two problems. The first is in the EVAP system:
P0453 is the EVAP (Evaporative Emissions) System.
DTC P0496: EVAP System High Purge Flow

The 2nd problem is causing the stutter/low acceleration.
P2138 may be the throttle position sensor.

Guess = a small evap leak in/near the cap or filler tube. The throttle assembly may need to be rebuilt/replaced.
