2003 accord blower quit

2003 accord blower quit
I have an 03 accord 2.4 with navigation (not sure if that matters, but it has touchscreen controls). The climate control fan quit working. I checked the fuses. What else could be the problem?

Ok, I did the best troubleshooting that I know how. I hooked the motor up to a 12 volt battery and the motor ran fine. I checked the voltage at the connector to the fan and it was 14 volts.
When I plug the connector into the fan, the fan comes on for an instant (less than a second). The fan will not continue to run. Any suggestions or help as to what the problem is?
Switch, relay, resistor??? I don't know. I am no electrician.
Doesn't the fact that the motor runs when hooked up to a 12 volt battery eliminate the motor as the problem?
