09' accord vibrates when braking
Our new accord with 25K miles (almost all highway) has a pretty noticeable vibration in the front end under braking. I called the dealership as we're still under warranty and they said that is front brakes, either rotor out of round or brakes are wasted, neither under warranty. Anyone else having issues with premature brake wear on a new accord? My Dodge Ram 2500 which weighs 6,600 lbs, just went 80,000 miles on the front brakes. This is total BS if this Honda is ready for brakes at 25,000 miles. Especially Highway Miles! I'm very unhappy with the dealership and Honda at this point. Car is a 09' V-6 Coupe, and neither me or my wife are hard on the car or the brakes. Thanks for the help, Christian

Re: 09' accord vibrates when braking
This should be a covered repair if the rotors are warped they should machine them. If your pads are worn then no. but warped rotors yes. You shouldn't be disappointed in Honda. Your dealership sounds lame. 08 and up accords are needing rear brake pads faster than previous models, but not fronts. Sounds like your rotors are warped and need machining. Warranty will cover this repair. Press the dealership. Be nice and ppl will work with you. Where are you located?

Sounds like the pads may be dragging. Did you replace the calipers? Whenever I had to replace the pads it's always super tight that I end up replacing the rotors. Might be a brake dragging. Jack it up and spin to see... Good luck. Someone has a similar issue in another thread and I responded there.
