08 auto sedan accord idle problems?

08 auto sedan accord idle problems?
ok this isnt my car, but its my mother in laws, so i guess its important. lol
ok, she complained that while sitting stopped or at idle, the car will shudder ,shake or jump in rpms.
i drove the car and it didnt do it to me. but my wife rode on it and said that it does do that.
so i kept pushing the a/c button. turning it on and off. and the car would shudder. the rpms would go up like around 200 (two hundred) rpms . that was odd.
so the wife rode in the car today and they went to micky dees to get a tea and she said that it shuddered in the drive thru a few times and then actually died. so therefore the problem is getting worse.
ive searched and searched and ive found nothing.
is there anybody experiencing this problem.
ohh and btw, she does have a ****in 100k mile warranty and hasnt bothered to take her dumb *** to the dealership. she has been experiencing this problem since winter.

Take it to the dealer for analysis or have your mom do it.
Frankly I do not see any issue here, the RPM surge with AC load is quite normal. If she continues to get a stall on an ongoing basis, the dealer shoudl address this... the initial stall and shudders may be something as simple as bad gasoline.
If you have a surging idle you may have an air leak or bad sensor, either way it's covered
