My 08 v6 exl Honda accord struggles to start intermittently. It cranks for a while and I have to step on the gas before finally turning over. The issue happens more often when I drive for a short distance (1-2km), turn it off and then when I come back, the issue comes up. Changed the spark plugs, new battery, changed the starter as well. I even put in premium gas and went thru 2 bottles of fuel Injector cleaner. No clue what to do.

The volume is kind of low unfortunately, but you can see that my car is cranking for a while before I step on the gas to finally turn it over.

I hate repeating this but, its probably your fuel pump, a fuel pump electric motor off eBay is 10 bucks I'd try that
