08 Accord V6 p0172+p0175 new maf and map

So I just acquired a 2008 Honda Accord V6 from my sister's junkie ex boyfriend. I've been working out kinks in the car ever since but one thing I just can't figure out is why my map sensor is reading -8 at idle while the vacuum lines when I plug a gauge in are reading -20+ like they should.. Brand new map sensor didn't fix the issue, tried wiggling some wires while in data stream and no variations in the reading. Tried connecting the positive to the negative for a few seconds to get a reset (which ended up being sketchy, remote start engaged when I put termals back to battery?) still reading bad. I blasted out the hole in the throttle body where the map sensor gets its air because that was a little clogged but I'm STILL getting low vacuum readings from the map sensor. Again, this is a brand new map sensor and maf sensor. Vacuum line readings are good. I don't want to just blindly throw a new tps or computer in without some peer advice. If you guys have any ideas I would greatly appreciate the guidance. Thanks in advance.

PS. First time on this forum, first post, not sure exactly where I should be putting this so please don't crucify me if im in the wrong spot haha feel free to move the post if needed.
