08 Accord Passenger Headlight Diagnosing
I'm having issues with my 08 Accord. The passenger side headlights intermittently don't work. Lo beam, hi beam and DTRL. Blinker works fine.
I have a pretty good grasp on mechanical and electrical workings. However I know nothing about these cars and instead of me learning the hard way I was hoping some folks might be able to at least point me in the right direction.
I've taken a look at the fuse, which as i understand has both headlight on it, and it looks good and the drivers side headlights work fine.
My next thought would be the wiring harness, how ever as it is happening to the entire side I don't want to replace an entire wiring harness when there may be a much simpler solution. Some questions i have are: if i do test the connectors/harness what voltage should i be getting? I know i should check ohms to make sure I'm not getting a lot of resistance, but does 25 omhs or less have anything to do with this or should I be looking for 0? What are some key components i should test or visually inspect?
If anyone has any advice or experiences I would greatly appreciate a quick share or suggestion.
Thanks!
