'06, AC switch/relay issues

Hey guys. First post here. Just started a job where they buy wrecked accords and fix them. Anyway, been trying to get savvy with AC work and I am kinda stumped on this one.

'06 V6 2 door auto car, 210,xxx miles. AC non functional. Fuse (7.5amp) next to drivers side left leg is good (the one that controls the condenser fan), as well as all 3 black relays are good. There was a bad one not allowing the main cooling fan to come on, but I've replaced it.

At the AC relay, there are 4 ports. Here's how I believe they are wired. 1 is constant 12v, one is switched 12v from KP2, one is the signal 12v wire from the switch on the dash, and the last is the signal wire to the compressor.

Issue we're having is when we push the AC button, we do not get 12v at the relay. It's as if the switch is bad. Is this how the system functions?

I already jumped the low pressure switch, vacuumed and recharged the vehicle with proper amount of refrigerant. Oh, and I jumped 12v right to the clutch to make sure it worked and it did, AC got cold. Jumping it does not turn on the cooling fans though so I did not leave it jumped for fear of over pressurizing the system. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a wiring diagram? Is the system auto or manual climate control?

I do not have an actual diagram, just this picture. And I believe it is auto. Did some comparison today with another accord.

The AC relay has 4 pins (as stated above). When AC is on, there is supposed to be continuity between the dash prong, and battery negative. With ac off, it is supposed to be infinite resistance. Mine is infinite resistance all the time. Also, the fans do NOT kick on with AC button turned on.
