I am wondering what Maint i need to make sure gets done and im wondering that someone can point me in the right direction to get OEM parts at a decent price, or if there is any place that sells a maint kit with all the items i need. sorry for if this is a noob question, new to these honda forums. when searching i only was given a bunch of topics that didnt help, so any help would be appreciated. thanks guys and happy turkey day.

At 105k The timing belt/drive belt change and spark plug change are due. I would replace the T belt tensioner then also. Check majestic honda for the parts.

It's not something I would want to see done in the typical backyard maintenance, homeowner's garage.

If the transmission fluid has not been changed yet, it should be done. Spark plugs, timing belt (and water pump), coolant, valve adjustment, drive belt, and brake fluid, if it hasn't been done before. All this information is in the owner's manual, if you have one. HandAaccessories.com has a timing belt kit, and majestic Honda has the other maintenance parts you would need. If you do plan on tackling this job yourself, you should have a good repair manual to guide you. Common sense, some special tools, at least a little know-how, and patients, will also be needed imo.

actually a good friend of mine works on honda's all the time and he owes me a favor, so he said he would work on this.

Ok Timing belt and water pump are for sure. I would go ahead and replace the hydraulic tensioner because they tend to start leaking if it already has not started to leak. Replace the spark plugs.
Now if you haven't changed the engine air filter in maybe 25-30 thousand miles i would suggest doing. Also the cabin air filter which is behind the glove box if that hasn't been changed in about 30 thousand or more miles change that to.
These P/N are from bkhondaparts.com
Timing belt: 14400-RCA-A01
Water pump: 19200-RDM-A02
Hydraulic tensioner: 14520-RCA-A01
Spark Plugs NGK: IZFR6K11
Denso: SKJ20DR-M11
Valve adj. out in my area of indiana are about 100 dollars for a V6
