04 Accord Navigation Question
I have a 04 Accord EX with built in Navigation. I sometimes HATE the damn thing. Is it possible to get another navi DVD or do I have to only use a Honda DVD? Will any Navigation DVD work with the system or does it have to be a Honda Navigation DVD? Could I go to walmart or ebay and buy another navi dvd?
I would really appreciate some help with this question, that thing drives me crazy!

Re: 04 Accord Navigation Question (angelajock)
Hate it huh?.. I think they work great. Are you sure it's not just the person behind the wheel???..
Anyways, as far as I know, you suppose to only use Honda Navi DVDs. If you waltz into the Honda Dealer with a Navi problem and we find that you've been using something other than the OEM DVDs, you're on your own.. But I do know that you can always order a new Navi DVD.

Re: 04 Accord Navigation Question (PnX-R)
I am 99% sure that you have to use the Alpine DVD that matched the color of yours-orange I would guess. They are all the same, just a few feature updates--what do you not like about it-I bought my '03 because I thought Honda had the best NAV. I hate the 08's because the touch screen has been removed-because the way the screen us recessed, you can't reach it anyway. I am not sure how much you have dug into it, or if you have an updated DVD, but you can change a ton of options with the newer release, plus it runs faster.
