if it starts while monitoring voltage at Fuel Pump the voltage starts at 12 volts then drops down slowly then when it hits 10 volts car stumbling then dies. at it drops to 8 volts then stays there.replaced the relays and the multiplexer. checking the output coming out of ECU it is the same as voltage at FP..Changed and cleaned Grounds everyone, New battery and Alternator Thought the Ecu would have bad CAPs. or Cold solder joints but nothing...Any Ideas Thanks in advance Steve the voltage is the same OBD2 port so scanner will not power up
