Default 03 accord trouble ...please help

Hey guys new to the forum and hoping someone can assist me I recently worked on the front suspension. On my 03 accord ex v6...I replaced the bushing on the front lower Control arms replaces upper control arms lower ball joint. After reassembling everything while still on jack stands I placed the car in neutral to make sure the front axle didn't come out and was in correctly everything seemed good so I proceeded to place the car in drive I felt it engage in the trans and almost just as I felt it engage a very loud whining scream followed in a hope to prevent any or further damage I immediately placed the car in park and shut it off if anyone can shed some light on why or what may have caused this any info is appreciated ...one thing I forgot to plug in was the speed sensor don't know I'd that may have caused it and also before I started working on the car a little over 10 days now the power steering pump was whining a little low on fluid was going to add once I was finished

My thought as well.

Also, make sure you transmission has enough fluid and that you didn't lose too much out of the axle holes. (Really shouldn't have, but possible I guess.) Look under there with the car on jack stands again and see if the noise is there. If so, try to locate where it's coming from them. Noises are extremely hard to diagnose by a description, so you may be better off to have someone locally check it out.
