hey I just bought a 03 accord lx 5 speed . Had about 182k on it and I wanted to do a full tune up , what exactly do I need for a complete tune up ?

Spark plugs. Use only the original brand. Changing spark plugs is so cheap if you do it yourself, I buy the Iridium tipped plugs, which can go 100k+ miles. If it was me I would also check the engine air filter (and replace if it looks dirty), the coolant (and replace if I didn't know how old it was), the automatic transmission fluid, the brake fluid and the power steering fluid. There are YouTube videos on how to do all of these things. NutzaboutBolts has several on your specific car. Also, Ericthecarguy, ChrisFix and Scotty Kilmer make good YouTube videos.
