(03 accord EX)Need HELP both fans aren't working under hood!!!!
2003 honda accord 2.4 EX
So my ac and heater weren't working this morning so I looked at the fuses and under the hood and they seemed to be ok. They didnt look blown, and then i noticed that when the car is on both fans under hood were not spining either. Can someone please help me please!
