Your belt. Have it checked. It's pulling it at an angle and the tensioner is doing its job.
But really, the belt is why it's breaking. there's a misalignment somewhere or the threaded holes are stripped/cracked where it meets the block (not sure if it's connected right to the block as i don't own an accord, and don't have a diagram right here)
How many times and how often does it bend the bracket? How's the wear on the belt?
