160 for the rims/tires sounds like a good deal to me. You shouldnt have any clearance issues at all with this rims.
Even if they didnt fit, I would buy them...remove the powder coat and sell for more.

This will fit, but I do not think this is the best decision you could make. You're not really putting any more rubber on the ground, and you are reducing the sidewall without increasing the height, thereby making for a slightly rougher ride and slighter more vulnerability to potholes and such.
What you've picked is certainly very inexpensive, so that might be the deciding factor for you.
As to what the most you can do, it's probably an 8" wide wheel with +45 offset, and tyres of 245 section.
Personally I am using the 17x8 +45 Acura TL wheels with 235-45-17 tyres. :-)
An offset of +35 is a little too far out for a G7 Accord, IMHO.

Re: **help** RIM FITTING (George Knighton)
what do u mean by hes not putting more rubber on the ground? i dont mean to thread jack but i was wondering if the s2000 wheels would fit on the G7 accord too? would that be better than the rsx wheels? i know the bolt pattern should fit.

The problem with S2000 wheels is that they're staggered for a rear wheel drive car. I know an R owner that bought 2 sets of front S2k wheels and that worked for him, but it doesn't seem worth it in the long run besides being unique.

I mean that he's not increasing the potential for buying good tyres. I don't think that changing to a 16" size on a G7 Accord makes a lot of sense.
Just IMHO, of course, and knowing that tastes vary.
The 17x8 +45 Acura TL wheels can be found in the $400-$500 range, and IMHO these are perfect.

Re: **help** RIM FITTING (nspec_Cd5)
17" is probably the best suitable rim for the car, and Acura TL and TL-S wheels fit this perfectly. What he is saying by not putting more rubber to the ground is true, he is making the OD smaller and the sidewall smaller for a crappier ride. I would negotiate just for the rims, forget the tires.
