Windshield wipers and blinkers go crazy
 

So we had a pretty bad rain storm. After it stopped, we started up the car to go out, and all of a sudden the windshield wipers went off like crazy, all of the windshield wiper fluid spat out, and the blinkers kept going off. Give it a day, and the problem goes away. But when it rains again, it comes right back.

Any suggestions on what might be the issue? I'm assuming there's a water leak but what would it get into? Have had this car for years and it's been fine through many rain storms, never had this issue before.
