I own a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L, the 4 cylinder model. My battery died at the gas station the other day, so I asked a guy there for help with a jump. I guess he didn't really know what he was doing, when he hooked up the cables to his battery, he put the negative on the positive and the positive on the negative, mind you my cables were already properly attached. I didn't notice at first until I saw them starting to smoke and immediately took them off, ever since that happened, my radio won't turn on, or any of my main display for that matter. Both screens I have just stay black, no back up camera, no radio, no display. I'm hoping I didn't blow my computer, does anyone know what I could do to troubleshoot? Could it be a fuse? Everything else works fine, windows, air conditioner, car starts fine, it's just the main display. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Probably blew a fuse, I'd start with checking those.
