i have noticed a strange grinding/rattling noise that appears to be coming from the left of the steering wheel of my accord. It has been happening for a few months now. Only happens when i am travelling >60km/hr or ~40mph.
It goes away when I either push up or down on my steering wheel. Does not matter which road I travel on, but appears almost every time I hit these speeds.

Here is a video taken with my phone to the left of the steering wheel. The fan and radio are turned off. Very clearly heard just past half way through the video.

please any help would be much appreciated. I have an appt with the dealership next week.
