Remote start not working

i have a 2017 accord exp but I am not able to get the remote auto start to work. I have tried following the instructions in the manual but does not seem to do the trick.
thoughts? I am new to this vehicle.

Press lock button twice and then hold the circle arrow butting for about 4-5 seconds
