On Sat September 15 around 7am, I was driving with my wife and 18 months old daughter on highway and all of a sudden all my car warning lights came up on the dash, I tried to pull up the car on the side of the highway and noticed that my car was unable to break. so I used my car hand brake to pull up on the roadside. It was very scary with the kids in the car and no brakes. Luckily there were not a lot of cars on the highway so we were safe. Honda Maple fixed my car and assured me there is no further issue. On Monday Oct 29, around 7.30pm as I was driving back from work, I stopped at a plaza to get somethings and as soon as I turned in the plaza all car warning lights came up on the dash again and I had no brakes again. Honda is still trying to fix my car till now and have no clue whats wrong. I have already put my wife and 18 months older daughters life in danger and don't want to do that again.

Sounds like something with the regenerative braking circuits. Software glitch maybe? Without any codes, infrequent failures, tuff one to solve.
