Dealer put in too much oil, i was pissed

Id like to start off by saying that i do not recommend getting your oil changed at the dealer. With that being said here is why. My car was shaking violently after first oil change, and when i turned the car off, the motor would die as if some one put a hockeystick in the flywheel. So Monday morning before going to work i checked my oil for the first time after the cars first ever oil change at the dealer a few weeks ago( 13k km ). As you can see i had about 1.5l overfull (give or take some got burnt and some leaked out, the picture is after 1000km of driving ) i called honda canada to work with them in weeding out the problem if thier is any and to get my car sorted out and covered for any further damage... thats where honda canada gets sketchy. I had to argue over 30 min with honda canada on the phone because they couldnt understand how too much oil is bad?? They are trained to never admit that they are wrong, they would constantly tell me to calm down that a little oil too much happens often, without even knowing how much the tech put in??? They have never seen the level and never seen the car and argued that it is impossible that a tech put too much in. Heres the funny part, i asked her and several other honda employees to review with them thier oil change procedure(they all get really mad when asked) I got nothing aparently thier is no procedure, tech does what he wants. They wont EVER admit they messed up, but gave me a refund??? they told me story after story about clients stopping at gas stations and getting thier oil topped off like its the 1950's, basically telling me i messed my own car up. After calling the dealer they bitched and complained and finally got her fixed and took out the 1.5l of oil that was extra. I demanded a refund and was granted it by a stale faced service manager who probably hasnt smiled at work in years. I also asked for a full inspection of the vehicle to checked for any more leaks.( they didnt want to inspect it finally, tech refused to put it on the lift) Thats when another honda service tech told me this." 1.5L over is nothing, The only way you can have engine damage from too much oil is if thier is 3L or more over the full line" ??? The damn thing only takes 3.7 with filter!!!!!!! This leads me to believe that 1: the techs have a hard time determining the level because the oil is too clear. And 2: if ever they do put too much, your gonna have to pay for it because everyone at honda is trained to blame you, they are professional liars. I am still furious at honda and will never buy from them again.i hated my experience and the way i was treated like it was all my fault. End rant
Do not contact me honda canada... your dead to me

Anyone techs that can help or anyone have oil around thier intakes aswell? Or is this the rest of my 1.5l that got out and is now hanging around the intake. What type of damage am i looking at if any? I drove around 1000km withthe oil level this way.
