bolt on roof racks for accord?
 

Looking to see if anyone knows if under the roof rail, are there holes for screwing on a roof rack? I don't want to use the ones that go on the door frames.

I want to use the flushbars. Not the high rise ones. Flush bars

So has anyone cut into their plastic roof rails?
