Noise on 2005Accord EX when brake
Dear all,
I got my new Accord EX 2 weeks ago, but these past 2 day, i have been hearing occasion noises (like a cardboard hittng a surface; or sound of a flat tire!) when I brake & release the brake......that really worried me and upset me....!!!
I plan to bring it in to dealer to check tomorrow, but I just thought maybe some of you here had the same problem? Does it has to do with the ABS, brake?.....
Pls advise....

your still under warrenty.. the dealer should fix any problems.. but i sounds to me like your brake pad is low and that sound is the break pad sensor... but then again that sound is either a high pitch sqeeking noise or a sound that sounds like cardboard getting dragged on the floor.. but i dunno about a flat tire sound or anything.. i dont think ive ever heard a break problem sound like that

i think it's more like a "cardboard getting dragged on the floor" and the PROBLEM is this kind noises are not obvious or don't happen often, it's so so hard to describe the noise or have the dealer to diagnose the problem.....!!!
Sigh....any more advice?

You would hear a rattle at that point too, similar to a loose e-clip rattle.
