how do you know the head/gasket isnt bad? what have you done to check them?
is the CEL on? if so, what code is it giving you?
how does the car overheat? does it only do it when you are setting still, and no fan running? does it still overheat if the car is constantly moving at ~35mph+?
what do you mean by 'leaking oil like crazy'? can you see the oil leaking outside of the engine, or is it just mysteriously using the stuff? any mixing fluid, like oil and antifreeze? is there any steam, or coolant, coming from the exhaust pipe?

the more info you can provide, the more help you will get. describe what it takes to make the car overheat.
the first thing that comes to my mind is the fan problem. but, if the fan is the cause, the car should not overheat when its constantly moving at a decent speed and lower rpm.
however, if it overheats even when moving, when there is no apparent reason to do so, there is a good chance that the head gasket, or the head, needs to be replaced.
what bothers me is that in the title you say, "...always overheating", which makes me think that what could have started with a fan problem may have developed into something worse. do yourself a favor and dont drive the thing unless your really have to until you get things figured out.
