Default what should a valve adjustment cost?

How much is a valve adjustment at a shop? I think my valves are noisy. Mostly when the engine is cold.

On a Bugatti, probably around 4 or 5 thousand. Thats a lot of valves. And I imagine the labor rate aint cheap.

depends on the labor rate. might be easier to call a few shops and ask.

it's in his signature

"'00 Accord EX 2.3 5spd 170,000 mi."

labor rate according to automd.com is ~$61 per hour there (better than the rate of $71 on the east coast)

Nothing? Seriously it took me less than 2 hours taking my time in the freezing cold.
You need a 10mm and a 19mm socket with rachet
Standard screw driver
10mm wrench
.010" and .012" feeler gauges (at a minimum) bent are a must
and an understanding of an inline OHC engine

4/3/2/1

firing order 1,3,4,2

intake .010"
exhaust .012"
engine rotation is ccw

be brave and get to it

I work at VW Dealer, so that explains why.

OP, doing valve lash is easy on Hondas. No special tool require. Just takes a bit of time and some researching.

Meh you never know. Sometimes there are some real 'tards with ridiculous questions. I would not assume anything. Hence my Bugatti response...
