It depends on the condition of the car, but that is extremely low for moderate driving. I have the same car and I routinely get 400 miles to a tank. I get approximately 25 in the city and 34 on the highway. My car has 171K on the odo but runs like a gem.

i know its low, but my engine and tranny is good no hesitation or nothing, the car moves when i want it to move but my only problem is that it sucks alot of gas, i also only put 93 when i go to the gas station, my boy told me it could be cuz its dropped and cuz of the rims, but i got OEM 07 TSX rims, its not like i have some heavy chrome 18s or something, and i dont have a system in the car, its bugging me out because i had a 98 v6 Accord last year and i dont remember going thru a full tank of gas so quick, my 95 Legend use to give me almost 300 miles on a Full tank and the car had 20s and alot of weight cuz of the custom system i had in the car

Why on earth are you putting Premium in it? Doesn't that just require 87?

The 93 requires more compression to fully combust, you are not gaining anything on it with your car. The newer Accords DO see a performance boost because the ECU will relearn it but will take a few tanks for it to go through.

Switch back to 87 and do a full tune up. And when you say "to empty" what are you quantifying that with? The E light? Or filling up xx gallons? Or something else?

I'd expect better economy.
The Tire/rim issue is a non-starter if the outside diameter of the T/R assembly approximates the OEM set-up.
You're waisting money with the 93 octain fuel. Unless you're running boost or have reworked the internals, 87 will actually work better.
Your car has a 17.1 gallon fuel tank, of which 15 is usable with a two gallon reserve in the sump.
If your computations are correct you're only seeing 13mpg.

Is there any damage to the tanks bottom? I've see tanks loose massive amounts of capacity from curb over-rides.
The bottom gets pushed up effectively making it smaller.

I'd also take a look at the air cleaner element. Get that dirty and all hell can break loose (milage-wise).
A lazy Primary O2 sensor can also send Gas Mileage into a tail spin.

I always put 93 in all my car I had, but I didnt know what type of gas to put soi had ask the previous owner and he said he put 93 from Exxon or Getty, I'm using 93 from BP Amoco, I'm going to double check but I could of sworn the prevoius owner did a complete tune-up on the car back in May 2009

Just a quick octane primer (if you don't mind).

Higher octane was developed to control detonation and was widely used during the hayday of Detroit Muscle Cars.
Additives were added to make the fuel burn SLOWER, and make it more difficult to self-ignite; much like a diesel does.

Unless you've got detonation issues (which I firmly doubt) the car will run just fine on 87.

Rest assured that the additive packages within the octain levels offered are the same as far as anti-oxidants, detergents and lubricants are concerned. The difference lies with the octane additives only.

The vehicle should say "REGULAR UNLEADED" or "PREMIUM UNLEADED" or something of that nature on both the gas flap and I've seen it on the cluster.

Spark Plugs & Wires
Air Filter
Oil Change w/ Filter
Distributor
Verify there's no CEL's
etc

That's what they did for the 94-97 Accord for an "Emissions Recall" it was a pretty good tune up
