f23 boost help!
i have an f23 and was thinking about boosting and don't know much to actually start building it without any information!
i was thinking about boosting it with pretty much stock internals and will it be pretty safe or reliable considering a pretty high mileage?
and what manifolds do you guys use or perfer! thanks!
and i'm not really looking into getting kits! lol kinda low budget!

low budget? I hope you know how to weld.
search this forum and the FI forum here, there is a lot of information about what you're asking.
low boost will be OK on stock internals if it's tuned well and the motor's compression is good.
