Default sway bars

i'm looking to purchase a new set of sway bars to finish off my suspension. i currently have a set of skunk2 coilovers and koni yellow's. i have a energy suspension master kit on the way as well. i heard that sway bars can make a big difference in handling. what companies make them for my 95 accord EX? what size are the stock sway bars? what size on aftermarket ones?

Eibach 90-97 Accord, 4cyl. - All (r) [90-93] F= 26mm, R= 16mm
Suspension Techniques 90-97 Accord - All 4cyl. & V6 F= 1 1/16", R= 13/16"
Tanabe 94-97 Accord F= 30.4mm, R= 20.0mm

95vtecaccord, do you already have a camber kit..? what about a front strut bar..? either one will make a difference...

do not get the front Sway bar. get the rear ST bar.

eh to "finish off" your suspension i would get your front/rear strut bars a rear lower tie, possibly a camber kit, the rear ST sway, a roll cage, individual strut resivor setup. you might have to get new shocks/struts for the last one

you guys really think al those braces (strut tower braces, lower tie bars, etc) are benificial enough to warrant all the added weight. I'm thinking all that crap adds more weight than it is worth.

I have just shocks and springs and I can get my car to rotate like sumbitch. I'm kind of scared to add a sway bar - I think I would kill myself.

edit: I am a hypocrit BTW. I am picking up a used neuspeed front bar. But only to see if it changes anything.

do you know how little those rear braces weigh? I would guess less than two pounds each.

Well sometime this week, I should be getting new front stock sway bar bushings and such. Time to take the damn S/T bar off the front and put the stock back on Auto-x is this coming weekend!

I'm really very impressed with Progress as a company as well as their products. If I got a rear sway it would be progress.

on the question of those upper strut tower braces, I'd say get 'em 'cause you can feel it a tad
but do not get the rear lower tie bar, fat waste of cash!!!

I've never seen them at online retailer... not that I recall. I don't think many people carry Progress because they tend to be expensive. I got quoted $180 from Godspeed (where I got my suspension).
