Sunroof Door does not close

Sunroof Door does not close
On my Accord there is a perfect working power sunroof, which I enjoy. Inside, the panel/door that slides open and shut appears to be stuck open, and I can't figure out why. There is no play in it, and there is no obvious damage to the ceiling or to the roof of the car. It's almost like it's locked in place. Has anyone experienced this?
I will say there is some sort of plastic plug in the ceiling that covers a hole just behind the sunroof panel, and when I look up in it, I see a hex socket of some sort. Is this related possibly?

The hex socket is to manually close the sunroof motor. If you have the original tools for your car such as tire iron, jack, etc. There should be a little offset Allen wrench to fit that. Sometimes it's in the glovebox.
