Shaking While Cruising = Unbalanced Rim/Tires, possible suspension componets
Shaking While Accelerating = Inside CV joint
Shaking While Braking = Warped Rotors

It could be anything, rotors, tires....etc, take it to a shop and get them to check everything, make sure nothing is loose.

Get your tires checked, you might need high speed balancing

tie rod usually
and shaking under braking is not warped rotors as 4doorH22 pointed out earlier, it is because the pads werent broken in on the rotor correctly and there is inconsistent dispertion of pad material on the rotor surface

warped rotors the general statement for anything wrong with the brake system spoken by auto mechanics who dont want to explain things in laymens terms everywhere.
Shaking under braking usually happens when the brakes are nearing the end of their life or not proper brake in as Misa stated.
Shaking under high speeds is usually a result of an inbalance of the tires after they have worn down after a certian amount of time. If you bought your tires from say discount the will usually rotate and balence them free of charge. You also could have thrown a weight and depending on what types of weights you have could make it a possibility or it might make it where it would never happen kinda depends.

As far as shaking while over 60mph...this is what I know: My rims and tires are bent and out of balance. This is obviously causing it. I just bought daves straight 15's and am getting brand new tires and getting them balanced. If they still shake, my mechanics said my lower tie rods need replacing. So I will let you guys know.
