Default 2 problems reguarding my 94 accord ex

hey what up peeps

i have two questions that i need help with fixing my accord.

1)I noticed that everytime i drive my car at high speeds like 60-80 mph, everytime i hit the brakes pretty hard but not to the max, the cars pull toward the right and abs kicks in(looks like my car is swirving), I need to know what causes that problem:caliper seized on either side, rotors, very worn tierods, wheel alignment???

2)Over the last 2 months i had to buy 2 new batteries, both of them are dead. I was testing the alternator to see if it has any voltage(at idle was 14.1 volts:2000 rpm was at 14.15 volts),so the alternator works fine, is there any other part i might over look????? to replace. I also have a system but runs bout 400 watts rms.
but i barley bump it. any suggestions on these 2 questions would really help me out.
Thanks

#1 ABS only kicks in when it senses a wheel is turning less than the others. That wheel is locking up while the other(s) isn't/aren't doing the job. So, either there is a lot of air in the system on one side, a hose is weak and ballooning out, or the piston on one wheel is seized and not applying pressure, or there's no pad left to apply pressure.

#2 Normaly, a newer battery should be able to recover from a discharged state when it receives a proper recharge. No need to replace it. The difference in voltage between idle and 2k does not seem high enough. Measure the voltage on the battery with the engine and everything else off first to get a base line reading on the battery. (This will eliminate any calibration error with the meter.) Then check the readings with the engine running at idle and 2k rpm. Repost with the results and we'll go from there.

on #1 - i havent had the chance to work on it,
#2 - i did the load test wit everything on (lights, highbeams on, a/c, radio, etc....)
Battery Voltage : 14.63
Alternator Voltage : 14.69
everthing seems to work fine, I just hope i dont have to buy a another battery.
but one thing i heard was a sound from the amp, so i put the rear seats down and this humming sound was comming from it, so i went hit the gas and the sound was louder and go up and down as the rpm's doing. What would this problem be?
