Stop typing in caps to start with
I dont know much about this but if I'm not mistaken the barometric pressure sensor is built into the ecu. I would first try resetting the ecu by pulling the back-up fuse from the under hood fuse box, leave it pulled for about 30 second and that should reset your ecu. Put the fuse back in and turn the ignition on, do you still have a CEL that reads 13? If so, I would try finding another ecu from someone that you can try, if it works and you dont have a CEL then you know the ecu was the problem and you need to replace it.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge on this will chime in

You got'er TA. Not much more you can do but test your ECU.
If your Baro sensor is messed up your going to have to replace your ECU. It is not a part that can be easily replaced. It is soldered directly to the main-board of the ECU.

Re: BARO sensor (honda671)
that made no sense to me...
you are looking for a F22B2 5spd ecu right? I'm sure you can find one of those on here somewhere, most likely from someone that did a motor swap and no longer need the ecu. Look around the Marketplace and also check out the FS/WTB sticky at the top of the Accord forum.

Re: BARO sensor (GhostAccord)
I'm just throwing this out there, because I'm really not sure whether his car has one or not, but isn't it possible for the BARO sensor to be part of a MAP sensor? I'm sure with the expertise roaming this forum someone would have probably said that if it was the situation. I just thought I would ask.
(I am aware that a car with IAC normally doesn't have a MAP. I just don't know what his kind of accord came with.)

What do you mean by IAC?
If you are referring to the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve then yes the 95 Accord LX has an IAC. They also use a map sensor that is attached to the top of the throttle body and the baro is soldered to the ECU.
