Re: Which spark plugs to use?
Just what the owner manuals states. You will probably get the best result from those spark plugs as the engine is engineered using that spark plug. I think the stock one's are NGK Platinum.
For me, I just went iridium. I love the finer tip ones. I feel some difference, but not worth the extra money.

I rock NGK ZRF6F-IX (iridium) in my accord.. note the 6, a slightly cooler plug than the 5 that is reccomended in the US...
Regardless of what heat you use, you cannot go wrong with NGK iridium or platinum
Denso is excellent as well (my manual specified both) but costs a bit more than NGK. Denso has the finest iridium tip I have ever seen though...

Re: Which spark plugs to use?
nope, not running boost (yet)
its oddly what is specified for my accord... the 6 heat
Consider that the compression ratio on my f20b2 is higher than the equivalent US model engine f22b2.. so I guess thats the main reasoning
