2000 Honda Accord 2.3L No Fuel pump unless manually powered
I have a 2000 Honda Accord with the 2.3L Sohc Vtec engine. I recently swapped the engine and here are the issues I am having:
1.) No power being sent to the fuel pump (I can run a jumper wire to the fuel pump and it works. So we know its not a bad fuel pump)
2.) I have good pressure at the fuel rail
3.) I have injector pulse
4.) The vehicle will start if I spray starter fluid into the intake. Although I have to keep spraying it or it will shut off.
5.) Immobilzer light (green key light in cluster) Blinks 5 times when turning key and then shuts off when trying to start.(not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.)
I have tried the following:
1.) replaced fuel pump relay
2.) replaced Main relay
Can anyone give me some help?

Nah, the immobilizer blinking when you turn the ignition on is the self-test. If it goes off when you start the car the immobilizer is fine.
Start by checking all wire connections again. Don't just wiggle them or make sure they're tight, make sure the pins in the connector are good and there's no corrosion. Then check to see if the fuel pump relay is good.
