Default Horn Issues

I have a 2000 Honda Accord EX Coupe and my Horn recently went from a very loud and noticeable sound, to a little beaker noise that is not very loud at all, shortly after that the Check Engine Light came on, I checked my battery and all is well there.
I am not sure if my model has a DUAL HORN set up or not, but if so I was thinking 1 of the horns went out, in looking under the hood I only see 1 spot where a horn would be at (Passenger Side in the front of the bay)but not 2, so I am not sure at all.

Any help is appreciated.

So does this mean I do have 2 horns, 1 on the Driver Side and 1 on the Passenger Side? If this is the case could it be that one is out and that is why the sudden change in tone as well as the check engine light?

There are 2 horns a low and a high, one them most likely is out. There are in the front bumper area, look near the center area. One on each side, i can email you the catalog pic if you would like.

I had a civic do this to me and it was the alternator not charging correctly, but the lights were dim and radio did not come on. It doesn't sound like this is your problem. Have you checked the CEL? Also yes 2 horns and they are mounted to the unibody frame or bumper support on the front of the car, one might have gone bad. You can test these yourself if you hook up two wires to each side of battery and see if each horn honks or not.

Can anyone tell me why my horn goes off in the middle of the night for the past two nights? If I open the door and just tap the horn it stops... Thanks
