removing studs from the head?
I have like 7 more studs to go (manages to get two out) and My only other alternative I have seen is to drill one of those screw removers or take a grinder and flaten two ends of it and twist it out with a vice grip.
I have already sprayed it 3 times with PB Blaster(which is a very good rust remover) and let it set each time i sprayed it for many hours, one time even for a full 24 hours. Then used a vise grip as tight as I could sqweeze it. No luck so far. If anyone has any clever ideas, let me know.(and no.. im not taking my head of and putting it in the oven!)
I have replacment bolts, so I don't plan on re-using the studs. Thanks for the help!

Your talking manifold studs right? If so, all you need to do is thread 2 nuts (the cheap metric ones from your local hardware store, not the OEM lock nuts) back to back on the stud, then put a box wrench on the inner nut and proceed to loosen. The outer nut will keep the inner nut from turning and will rotate the stud out instead.
