Default J30A1 intake runners removal
i'm having problems removing the intake runners on a 99 accord v6, i need to change the head gasket but i can't to get the runners off, it won't even move. (i already got the top manifold off with ease.)

can anyone give me some guidance and tips on getting the runners off? maybe a picture of the manual for this job?

nvm got it off after a lot of wiggling and pry bar action
