quick general maintenance q's
Hey,
I usually post on the integra forum, but my sister just got an accord, and I was wondering about maintenance q's... no there isn't a manual handy... I did a search but couldn't come up with anything...
1) Where is the maintenance light reset button on the 97 or 98 accord ex? looked around, but couldn't find it...
2) how many quarts of oil req'd for oil & filter change?
3) what's your recommended oil weight and brand? mobil 1 10w-30?
TIA

depending on how many miles it has after mine hit 50,000 miles i used vavoline durablend synthetic
basically use some brand of synthetic oil proly at 10w-30 also use so "motor honey" or like umm Oil Extender
not that i suggest going a while without changing oil something in my head says hey now that runs better.
i dunno

your maintance reset button is on your dash to the left on the speedometer and to right of the drive indicator
so basically on the instrument panel in the middle at the bottom you should see it.
