No Power, Battery and Fuses ok

No Power, Battery and Fuses ok. Car won't start.
I go to start my car this morning. 2000 Honda Accord 2.3l vtec. The engine turns over, but doesn't start up right away. So I try again. Now no power. Nothing. I check battery. It's fine 12 volts. I check all the fuses under the hood. All ok. There is 12 volts from positive terminal of battery to engine block ground. There is 12 volts going to the fuse box.
Whats wrong? PGM died?
i just did the continuity tests on the ignition switch. All tests check out ok.
what if something catastrophic happened, like throwing a rod? Would everything shut down like that as a protective measure?

Re: No Power, Battery and Fuses ok
Someone on another forum suggested cleaning the battery terminals. Doh! Do that and the car fires up ready to go again. How simple!
At 320,000 miles, this thing refuses to die.
