Have you tried spraying carb cleaner in the air intake?

Have you checked for spark?

Have you checked for compression?

Compression looks good.

Are you sure that the plug wires are connected in
the right order?

Could the timing be a tooth off?

When you sprayed carb cleaner while cranking
did you use enough to make the plugs wet?

Id just check a few things. Since its getting spark check for fuel get someone to crank while spraying a little bit of carb cleaner or starting fluid. Id also recheck the timing marks and make sure they line up.

I would also highly recommend just getting a scan tool and hooking it up. Just to see if there are any codes.

I would double check plug wires. Compression looks very good. Does it try to start at all?
