You guys work too hard. '94 Accord has no access panel for fuel pump. The one I'm working on has 360K on it. The fuel lines are too rusted to try dropping the tank. I just used my die grinder and cutoff wheel to open the Access panel that should have been there in the first place. Easy job now.
Everyone please remember when working with fuel always keep a high capacity fire extinguisher within arms reach.

Hey, does anyone have a picture of where to cut? I have a 97 accord wagon. I guess it's similar to the 94 accord or whatever people have already cut. I have no immediate need to do it right now but it would be nice to know

I have cut two of them from about an inch up and towards the drivers side from the hole for the trunk liner pin. Drill a 1/2" hole and start cutting. You will see where you need to cut from there. So find that hole, go 1" back, and 1" (facing backwards) right.

For the amount of time it takes to drop the tank, and yes maybe even replace any rotten lines..... that should be replaced anyway, I'll stick to dropping the tank.
I don't see an advantage of this. To cut up a perfectly good body to mickey mouse something that shouldn't need frequent replacement. By the time you remove the interior, cut everything out, replace the unit...and still have the possibility of breaking the rotten lines, then properly seal it back up. You save absolutely no time. If you do brake any lines you'll then have to drop the tank anyway.
Just my 2¢!
