1. it could be a bad power steering pump
2 a bad power steering hose about to blow
3 or u might have to check your power steering fluid
and if u do put more power steering fluid make sure u use, HONDA power steering fluid in, i didnt put the right kind in that, and two days later, the hose blew.

Flush the system with some new Honda ones; otherwise, I'd just get a new pump if that doesn't fix it.

ok i just flushed my power steering fluid with OEM honda fluid.

the noise is still their, again the noise is rubing/whining/groning noise that only happens when i make hard turns or u-turn while apply the gas pedal.

if i make hard turns or u-turn in neutral the car doesnt make any noise.

should i replace my power steering pump?

No. You need further diagnostics. Great job determining the noise doesn't happen when in neutral. That is very important.

Cars can make a TON of different noises. Describing the noise through text is no substitute for actually being able to hear the noise ourselves. It's like describing the color orange to a blind person.

Try changing your transmission fluid.

power steering was $2 a bottle, now it is $4 a bottle. That is the price for the confidence, the stuff you pour into your car is right.

Are you talking Squeel? like Ball Joint Squeel when you turn?

If that's the case gets those changed asap, or you Wheel will separate and you may slide into your death.

Have you looked at the suspension components?

Tie-Rod?
Ball Joints?
Bushings?
Shocks?
Springs?
Wheel Bearings?

If the Power Steering is the issue, you should hear noise when you turn (every turn). That pump is always under pressure when you turn......

It was stated the noise only occurs when accelerating through a turn. In neutral, there is no noise. Everything you suggested is likely not the cause.

Still could be suspension components. My Balljoints when they needed changing only made noise under acceleration through a turn.

Phootbag, are you a mechanic?

Nope. Actually I don't really know much about cars.
