Just get the ST rear bar. I have it and I LOVE it. Its ~$150 shipped. I wouldn't bother w/ the front swaybar, not worth it IMHO.

ditto
Don't bother on an after market front bar. FWD cars push bad (understeer)... the way to combat this is by stiffenening up the rear i.e. larger sway-bar. I have a ST rear bar and the car handles very well, almost neutral. Getting a front bar also will not improve the handling... it will only make the car ride stiff and not lean at all in corners, which will give the impression of good handling. Rear Bar only IMO...

as far as I know...

Progress and Suspension Techniques make the two mainstream ones for 5th gens... and Eibach had a set out for 4th gens that I think will fit on 5th gens. Tanabe is the last brand that comes to mind, but you might have to special order it or something. Not many choices for accords.

Ok, so which bars do you recommend for the front and the rear ?

Front:
Upper strut? yes or no?
other bars? yes or no?
NO sway bar.

Rear:
Upper strut? yes or no?
lower rie bar? yes or no?
YES sway bar

my 2 cents:

front
Neuspeed Upper Front Strut, great value.
Stock front sway bar: or if yours is not an 27.2mm EX front, look into getting one... or the 25mm V6 one if it fits ( i dont know if it will, think it probably will thou).

rear
generic rear upper strut bar is your choice, I have one, dont know if it does anything noticeable, but have it for the hell of it $20 + shipping (or flat for me cuz I picked it up locall) on ebay.
Suspension Techniques Rear sway bar seems to be the cheapest/ good value one. The progress bar is larger, but costs more.
