Default Lower spark plug seals

I have a 93 accord lx and is leaking oil in 2 of the spark plug tubes and was wondering if I remove the rocker arm assembly would it mess up the timing on my engine or anything?

Get a valve cover gasket kit, most come with the valve cover bolt grommets, spark plug tubes seals & cover gasket .... removing the cover itself to install gasket kit will not mess up your timing.

There are quite a few videos on how to do it and i don't think timing is ever mentioned

Here's the part kit from Felpro at Orilleys Auto Parts: It does include the spark plug seals.

In order to do the lower gasket seals you will have to remove/slip the timing belt from the camshaft gear. This will affect timing if you do not line everything back up properly.

Just make sure you put the engine to TDC before you start and make sure not to touch the crank pulley while it's apart. Then if you put everything back together lined up the way you took it apart. The timing will not have changed!

Eric the car guy has a really good video about this;
