I am doing the auto to 5 speed swap, can anyone with a manual trans or has done this swap, take a few close ups of their 5th gen accord clutch master cylinder placement, trying to make sure I get the right spot for the hole, Thanks guys!!!

The provisions for mounting the Clutch Master Cylinder should already be there. Honda manufactures one firewall (for all applications), capable of provisions for both an Automatic or Manual control installation. Once you get the pedals hung, it will be obvious where the cylinder goes. It should be no more difficult than locating the block-off plug/plate.
On USDM Accords it should be just to the left of the Brake Booster / Master Cylinder assembly.

Always as if you're sitting behind the wheel (assuming we're talking about Left Hand steering)

Lol, i wish we were talking RHD. Can you tell me if these are all the parts I need for the pedal and clutch part of the conversion?

And can you tell if there is a slave cylinder with the clutch cylinder and the lines? I believe there is, but hard to tell. I am just going to bypass the dampener any how with the SS line straight from the master to slave so the lines make no difference to me.

It appears the ebay items are the hydraulic portion (it's hard to pick out everything) from the master to the slave.
Do you have the pedal / bracket and switches?
How about the shifter / cables etc?

What else should I need? And any idea where I could get it or the actual honda part number?

Isn't there wiring though that comes off the clutch pedal bracket somewhere and goes to the wiring by the actual shift linkage? Or am I wrong?
